These Terms of Use govern access to and use of BattleRanking.com.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use BattleRanking.com.

Nature of the platform

BattleRanking.com is an independent entertainment and public-opinion ranking platform.

It allows visitors to choose between the sides presented in comparison-based battles and to view live battle results, vote totals and global rankings.

Battle results reflect activity recorded within BattleRanking.com. They are not scientific surveys, electoral polls, professional research, official ratings or statistically representative measurements of the general population.

No account required

BattleRanking.com does not currently require visitors to create a personal account in order to view battles, vote or submit a battle suggestion.

Technical identifiers and security controls may nevertheless be used to distinguish visits, enforce voting rules and protect the platform from manipulation and abuse.

No betting, gambling or prizes

BattleRanking.com does not provide betting, gambling, wagering, lotteries, financial rewards, paid competitions, cash prizes or prize-based outcomes.

Votes have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed.

A vote, ranking position or battle result does not create any ownership, financial, investment or contractual right in relation to a battle subject or the platform.

Voting rules

Visitors may vote only through the voting functions made available by BattleRanking.com and must follow the technical restrictions applied to each battle.

Voting may be subject to controls including:

• One-vote or limited-vote rules.
• Visitor or session restrictions.
• Cooldown periods.
• Rate limits.
• Battle opening and closing times.
• Special-event voting periods.
• Automated security and anti-abuse checks.

You must not attempt to bypass these restrictions by deleting or modifying identifiers, changing devices or connections, automating requests, using scripts, coordinating fraudulent activity or applying any other manipulation technique.

BattleRanking.com may block, disregard, invalidate or remove votes that reasonably appear duplicated, automated, manipulated, fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with these Terms.

Live and special battles

Some battles may be published as live, scheduled, upcoming, temporarily locked, open for voting or closed.

Special battles may have specific voting-opening times, voting-closing times or event dates. Technical availability, displayed times and battle states may be adjusted when reasonably required to correct errors, respond to external schedule changes or protect voting integrity.

A battle may remain visible after voting has closed so that its result and ranking information can continue to be displayed.

Battle suggestions

Visitors may submit ideas for future battles through the suggestion form.

A suggestion does not guarantee publication, attribution, compensation, exclusivity or any ownership right in the proposed comparison.

By submitting a suggestion, you confirm that you are permitted to submit its content and that it does not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, confidential, privacy-invasive or infringing material.

BattleRanking.com may review, edit, rename, reformat, combine, postpone, reject or remove suggestions.

Do not include personal contact details, sensitive information or confidential information in a battle suggestion.

Acceptable use

You may use BattleRanking.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the platform, other visitors or third parties.

You must not:

• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate votes or rankings.
• Use bots, scripts or automated systems to submit votes.
• Spam or overload forms, pages, APIs or servers.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data or administration areas.
• Probe, scan or test the platform for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Introduce malware, harmful code or disruptive requests.
• Interfere with another visitor’s use of the platform.
• Impersonate BattleRanking.com or misrepresent an official relationship.
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• Submit content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

BattleRanking.com may take reasonable action to protect platform safety, ranking integrity, legal compliance and the rights of users and third parties.

This may include limiting requests, rejecting submissions, invalidating votes, removing content, temporarily restricting access or blocking abusive technical activity.

Enforcement decisions may use automated technical indicators but may also be reviewed or corrected where appropriate.

Battle results and rankings

Battle results, percentages, vote totals, Global Top rankings and Top Battles rankings may change as new votes are recorded or as invalid activity is identified.

Rankings may also change when technical errors are corrected, battles are moderated, data is recalculated or ranking systems are legitimately updated.

BattleRanking.com does not guarantee that a displayed ranking or total will remain unchanged permanently.

Rankings are entertainment and public-opinion signals. They are not official determinations of quality, value, truth, popularity, reputation or professional performance.

Platform content

BattleRanking.com may select, create, organize or present battle titles, display names, categories, publication schedules, descriptions, images and ranking structures.

Visual content may include original, licensed, third-party, digitally created or artificial-intelligence-assisted material.

Illustrative or generated content may not represent an exact real-world event and must not be treated as documentary evidence or an official statement by a depicted subject.

Intellectual property

The original design, interface, source code, platform structure, ranking presentation, branding and original materials of BattleRanking.com are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the platform for ordinary personal viewing and participation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected platform elements except where permitted by law or expressly authorized.

Names, trademarks, likenesses, logos, characters, photographs, artworks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on BattleRanking.com does not imply ownership, sponsorship, approval or an official relationship.

Independent platform

Unless expressly disclosed, BattleRanking.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or officially connected to any person, athlete, artist, creator, public figure, brand, company, team, club, franchise, government or organization mentioned or depicted on the platform.

Inclusion in a battle or ranking does not imply that the relevant subject has participated in or approved the comparison.

Advertising

BattleRanking.com may display advertisements, sponsored material or other commercial communications.

Advertising is separate from ordinary battle content, public votes and ranking results.

Purchasing advertising space does not give an advertiser the right to alter legitimate vote totals, ranking calculations or battle outcomes.

The display of an advertisement does not by itself mean that BattleRanking.com endorses the advertiser, product or service.

External links and services

BattleRanking.com may contain links to third-party websites, social networks or other services.

External services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.

BattleRanking.com does not control external services and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Availability and platform changes

BattleRanking.com may reasonably modify, maintain, update, temporarily suspend or discontinue platform features, battles, rankings, interfaces or technical systems.

Changes may be required for security, maintenance, legal compliance, moderation, platform development, technical reliability or changes in available services.

BattleRanking.com does not guarantee that every battle, ranking, feature or historical display will remain available permanently.

No professional advice

BattleRanking.com is provided for entertainment and general informational purposes.

Battles, rankings and displayed results do not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, political or other professional advice.

You should not rely on a ranking as the sole basis for an important personal, commercial or professional decision.

Service disclaimer

BattleRanking.com is provided on an “as available” basis.

While reasonable measures are used to maintain the platform, BattleRanking.com does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, complete accuracy, absence of technical errors or compatibility with every device and browser.

Temporary interruptions, delayed updates or display errors may occur because of maintenance, network failures, third-party services, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control.
